Understanding what Strategy is and what it is not; designing the navigation route for the organization; developing an action plan as to how the objectives and core milestones will be achieved; setting out the core tools, both internal and external, establish a timeline and action plan; setting deliverables and KPIs; achieving buy-in of employees, customers, and other stakeholders; establishing review mechanisms and the measurement of success; effective communication of the Strategy to internal and external actors who affect the delivery and implementation of the Strategy.
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
Enhancing the value-generation process by establishing joint-ventures, strategic alliances, strategic partnerships, developing prestige, improving sales and marketing, income and cash generation, and inventory management. This through the design and implementation of strategic initiatives and action plans to achieve the organization's objectives.
PUBLIC POLICY
Understanding public-policy and geopolitical dynamics and how they are rapidly changing because of the interaction between attitudes to globalization, the rise of populism, the internet, social media platforms, the use of big data, analytics, and artificial intelligence to predict feelings, preferences, and opinions; the increasing interaction and interdependence between public policy and corporate policymaking in areas such as the environment and health; the essential need to understand how they work, and the interdependencies between them, are critical for effective public policy and corporate strategy.
